Jenna Jameson Reveals How She Lost 60Lbs Of Pregnancy Weight

Jenna Jameson recently hopped on social media to reveal to fans how she was able to shed 60 pounds of baby weight. At the age of 44, she’s a mom of three, and hit Instagram to let everyone know the secrets to her weight loss success.

People.com revealed that she told everyone it’s not about variety, rather, routine. She eats the same thing every morning: three eggs, cheese, and an avocado. For lunch, she has her biggest meal, eating an arugula salad, some kind of meat (generally grilled chicken or a hamburger patty), as well as grilled zucchini or asparagus. If she feels hungry throughout the day she’ll snack on either macadamia nuts, almonds, or cottage cheese.

She then begins to ‘fast’ at around six o’clock. She drinks a lot of water, goes to bed at about 10 p.m. She’ll wake up at 8 a.m., and then ends said ‘fast’ at about 11 a.m.; and starts up her daily eating routine again.

She also has said goodbye to processed foods, and has never looked back.

She then offered some words of encouragement for IG followers who may want to achieve the same goals, letting them know that shedding the weight ‘can be done’.

The former adult film star has kept IG followers abreast of her weight loss progress, following the keto diet; a daily eating lifestyle that focuses on low-carbs, high-fat, and moderate protein. She began the diet in March of this year after struggling with postpartum from her last child, Batel, who was born in April 2017.

Jameson posted in early August that she is now a size 6, from a previous size 16; proving it with before and after photos as well.

While Jameson is experiencing great success while fasting and using the keto diet, different bodies react to different ways of eating. Always consult your family doctor before embarking on any weight loss journey.
