I don’t know about you but I love sleep, I can’t get enough of it. I am truly disappointed when I wake up in the morning and I realize I haven’t slept enough. Sleeping just generally makes you feel better. Many people don’t get enough sleep and it’s unfortunate because sleep is part of having a healthy lifestyle. Sleep is incredibly important and many don’t realize the importance of it. If you get less than 6 or 7 hours a sleep in a night you could be setting yourself up for developing diseases.
