Today even your average Joe/Jane is photographed much more than he/she would have been just 10 years ago. With camera phones, social networks, and an overall increase in vanity among the general population, people are now more than ever trying to look their best. Perhaps no group of people is more aware of this than actors and actresses who have to be camera-ready at all times.
Australian actor Hugh Jackman has been in too many roles showcasing his brutish physique for us to even begin to list (fine, "X-Men"). The longtime actor who plays the role of superhero "Wolverine" has gained, and lost, and regained muscle mass many times in his career, but has always maintained that aesthetic, muscled, look. In his most recent incarnation as Wolverine, Jackman added martial arts training, powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift), and repping out 300 lbs. on the bench press to get the right body.
