2. Removal of Clutter
Clutter? What do you mean clutter? I live in a minimalist home, just had a garage sale, and have a maid come in twice a week! I don’t have any “clutter!”
How wrong you are.
By clutter, we are not referring to the stuff piling up in your garage (although it can be a part of it), rather the stuff that is piling inside your head. Emotional, interpersonal and even physical
clutter can all detract you from your goal of focusing on personal growth - which is vital to self-care.
Here are some quick methods to remove the clutter:
Tidy up your work and living spaces and you'll be amazed at how quickly your mood can change.
Cut the toxic interactions with people you don’t need in your life which are only bringing you down. Stop allowing negative people to take up space in your mind, heart, and soul.
Redefine and reevaluate your to-do list; ideally, when you are calm and in a good head space. Be honest with yourself, and you may be surprised to discover how your priorities might not be in the right order.
