Although we do encourage everyone to try and be the healthiest and finest version of themselves, the reality is that this type of lifestyle isn’t for everyone; and it should be understood that there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. And if you have a problem with it, then it is your problem and one you need to get over.
Being healthy and practicing a healthy lifestyle comes with limitations, some of which can make a person feel isolated from others who don’t share similar practices. Imagine spending a Tuesday night at the bar watching the game, however, you aren’t supposed to eat all the wings, cheese sticks, burgers and beer that your friends are. While we can only speak for ourselves, that is enough to make us think twice about going out.
So let us ask you; what's the point of being healthy and fit if you're also lonely? Exactly! People will ultimately make their own choices regarding health and nutrition regardless of your views. And they should because health is a personal concern in most respects. Making your friends and family feel comfortable with you is almost as important as finding balance, peace, and health in yourself.
