Nowadays he has his trainer with him while on tour, still hitting the gym 3-4 times a week. Always into lifting heavy weights, Rida (34) works his entire body with free weights and calisthenics and can still bench press 400 LBS.! Flo Rida has a newfound devotion to running as a means to keep him fit enough to endure his crazy touring schedule and crazier live shows and he eats a lot of chicken Caesar salads and is sure to drink plenty of water to stay fueled.
