Most of us do a countdown until the weekend, which usually starts on Monday morning. Weekends provide the opportunity for some social time with friends and family, staying up late, and sleeping in. Still, the habits an individual makes on the weekend, does not help come Monday morning when you have to revert back to your weekly schedule.
